Requirements

What you’ll need

NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation
Extensive knowledge of NEC contracts, especially within construction and utilities
Strong background in commercial and contract management
Proven experience in managing large-scale construction contracts, including governance and assurance
Skilled in dispute resolution and mediation
Proficient in Office 365 and modern digital tools
