About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and traditional and social media campaigns
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timely status reports to clients and executive management
Manage the client relationship by communicating effectively and setting reasonable expectations
Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and vendors in the flawless execution of projects
Establish and execute adjudication policies and procedures
Ensure the protection of claimant personal identifiable information and other confidential information

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of class action experience is highly desirable.
Project management experience is required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience
Experience managing client relationships
Basic understanding of web development
Strong ability to analyze, model, and interpret data
Demonstrated track record of accomplishments
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
