About the role
- Design and take ownership of Agile processes
- Promote and instill Agile values and principles
- Guide new and existing development teams in introducing, establishing, and optimizing Scrum
- Support and coach Product Owners, e.g., in agile product management and value optimization
- Identify and remove impediments, conflicts, and risks at an early stage
- Conduct trainings
Requirements
- University degree and experience in the practical implementation and introduction of Agile methods (e.g., in roles such as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) within complex IT projects
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Strong methodological competence in an Agile environment
- Scrum certifications are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of responsibility
- Very good German language skills (C1)
