  • Design and take ownership of Agile processes

Requirements

  • University degree and experience in the practical implementation and introduction of Agile methods (e.g., in roles such as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) within complex IT projects
  • Background in software development is an advantage
  • Strong methodological competence in an Agile environment
  • Scrum certifications are an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of responsibility
  • Very good German language skills (C1)
