About the role
- Design and ownership of agile processes; promoting agile values and principles
- Supporting new and existing development teams in introducing, establishing, and optimizing Scrum
- Supporting and coaching Product Owners, e.g., in agile product management and value optimization
- Early identification and removal of impediments, conflicts, and risks
- Conducting trainings
Requirements
- Practical experience implementing and introducing agile methods (e.g., as Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner) within complex IT projects
- Background in software development is an advantage
- Strong methodological competence in agile environments
- Scrum certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- University degree (completed)
- Excellent German language skills (C1)
