About the role
- Active involvement in projects (80%) and technical leadership and coordination responsibilities (20%)
- Leading customer teams or comparable team structures
- Identifying and leveraging opportunities to support customers
- Active participation in commercial activities such as tender processes and networking
- Responsibility for the business development of the area
- Continuous monitoring of financial key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinating a unit of approximately 30 developers
- Promoting the personal and professional development of employees
- Supporting clients in Agile software engineering and the development of innovative solutions
- Collaborating with clients from the Rhine-Main region
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical experience in software development
- Demonstrable experience in people management
- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented development, e.g., using languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies
- Very good German language skills (C1)
