About the role

  • Active involvement in projects (80%) and technical leadership and coordination responsibilities (20%)
  • Leading customer teams or comparable team structures
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities to support customers

  • Responsibility for the business development of the area
  • Continuous monitoring of financial key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in software development
  • Demonstrable experience in people management
  • Knowledge of functional or object-oriented development, e.g., using languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies
  • Very good German language skills (C1)
