About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Processing the monthly payroll
Supporting and advising employees on salary, social security, income tax and payroll-related matters
Correspondence with social security agencies, authorities, banks and external partners such as tax advisors and auditors
Preparing for and assisting with income tax and social security audits
Reviewing and processing travel expense claims in accordance with legal requirements
Contributing to the development and optimization of processes
Supporting tasks and projects in finance and accounting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial professional experience in payroll / salary and wage accounting
Good knowledge of social security and income tax law
Structured, meticulous and independent way of working
Discretion, reliability and a high sense of responsibility
Team-oriented, with a service- and solution-focused attitude
Minimum 25 hours per week for part-time
