About the role
- Determine requirements and process inquiries, purchase orders and forecast orders
- Monitor delivery dates and optimize inventory levels
- Plan, manage and monitor material movements and stock levels
- Prepare, conduct and follow up on price negotiations
- Select, evaluate and maintain supplier relationships
- Complaint management and resolution of issues
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure supply continuity
- Maintain master data and process invoices
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree in business administration
- Initial professional experience desirable but not required
- Interest in medical products
- Confident user of MS Office
- Quick comprehension, structured and independent working style
- Organizational talent, team player and strong communication skills
