Serve as Ando's AI/ML visionary
Direct the applied ML & data platform end-to-end
Own and design an AI-native product architecture
Oversee all engineering and product-engineering functions
Set the technical vision and turn it into an executable roadmap
Build an engineering operating system that scales
Raise the bar on reliability, security, and privacy for enterprise scale
Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing org across multiple engineering disciplines
Be the CEO’s partner on strategy and platform bets
Represent Ando externally as the company's senior technical voice

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in technology and engineering leadership
Proven expertise in AI/ML and data systems
Strong technical vision and execution capabilities
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Experience scaling engineering organizations
