Key responsibilities & impact

Develop on-brand graphics for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
Execute Anders’ social media strategy with a primary focus on LinkedIn for brand awareness and SEO
Manage the entire social ecosystem to support brand, thought leadership, and community engagement
Publish daily social content aligned with brand standards and monitor social engagement metrics
Produce monthly and quarterly social performance reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-9 years of experience in social media, marketing, or design roles
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud required; Figma or Canva a plus)
Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred)
Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar marketing automation platforms
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Strong understanding of social media best practices and digital engagement metrics
