About the role
- Design and implement internal communication plans that support organizational priorities and cultural initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to craft messaging for firm-wide announcements, change management, and strategic updates.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, intranet, email campaigns, and internal social platforms.
- Develop campaigns to promote engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and DEI efforts.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams to ensure information dissemination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in professional services or accounting/consulting firms
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work authorization in the United States
