About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in identifying potential acquisition targets through market analysis, monitoring industry trends, and assessing the competitive landscape
- Assist in due-diligence processes to evaluate companies
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Some prior experience in finance, consulting, business development, or M&A
- Experience in IT services is a plus
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and a strong team player
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt; fully remote arrangements are also possible
