Key responsibilities & impact

Support in identifying potential acquisition targets through market analysis, monitoring industry trends, and assessing the competitive landscape
Assist in due-diligence processes to evaluate companies
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders
Support the team with administrative tasks and project management

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or a related field
Some prior experience in finance, consulting, business development, or M&A
Experience in IT services is a plus
Highly motivated, self-driven, and a strong team player
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ideally based in Munich or Frankfurt; fully remote arrangements are also possible
