About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support dealerships together with the inside sales units (TIS and AND‑E) and other field teams (e.g., Toyota Group and partner companies)
  • Sell our TIS insurance products and assist in the sales process
  • Independently develop and manage the assigned territory, including acquisition within the existing customer base
  • Plan, implement and manage sales, marketing and incentive measures
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations on our insurance products for our partners
  • Coordinate business processes between dealerships and the inside sales teams, TIS and AND‑E
  • Support activities to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor the market and derive sales-relevant actions
  • Maintain sales data and prepare statistics and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector and/or automotive trade, ideally in the sale of insurance products
  • Completed training or qualification in insurance and finance is an advantage, preferably with a focus on motor vehicles
  • Confident, professional and customer-focused manner, with strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and strong self-motivation
  • Strong customer and service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Good to very good English skills (at least B1) and business-fluent German
  • Confident user of MS Office
