About the role
- Support dealerships together with the inside sales units (TIS and AND‑E) and other field teams (e.g., Toyota Group and partner companies)
- Sell our TIS insurance products and assist in the sales process
- Independently develop and manage the assigned territory, including acquisition within the existing customer base
- Plan, implement and manage sales, marketing and incentive measures
- Conduct training sessions and presentations on our insurance products for our partners
- Coordinate business processes between dealerships and the inside sales teams, TIS and AND‑E
- Support activities to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor the market and derive sales-relevant actions
- Maintain sales data and prepare statistics and reports
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector and/or automotive trade, ideally in the sale of insurance products
- Completed training or qualification in insurance and finance is an advantage, preferably with a focus on motor vehicles
- Confident, professional and customer-focused manner, with strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Willingness to travel regularly
- High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and strong self-motivation
- Strong customer and service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
- Good to very good English skills (at least B1) and business-fluent German
- Confident user of MS Office
