About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the field in lieu of a degree suitable
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or a related field, with significant desk-based analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on financial and project feasibility analysis
  • Proficiency interpreting construction documents, budgets, and legal permits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce detailed reports and present findings clearly
  • Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work and compliance
