About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) supporting loan origination systems, data platforms, and internal applications
Define infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies
Manage NoSQL (MongoDB Atlas) configuration, connectivity, access, backups/DR, and cost
Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
Standardize build, test, and release processes across engineering teams
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve system reliability and team productivity
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Product, and Operations teams on engineering initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, etc.)
Experience administering MongoDB Atlas or similar managed database platforms
Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and incident management
Experience in financial services, lending, or regulated environments is a plus
