About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor fiduciary administration and third-party asset management activities, with a focus on financial and structured funds.
  • Lead supervision and relationship meetings with participating institutions.
  • Prepare and monitor action plans together with supervised institutions.
  • Review and analyze policies, rules and procedures applicable to supervised entities.
  • Manage the department's service and support channels.
  • Apply technical knowledge of financial and structured funds to the analysis and supervision of institutions.
  • Develop and track performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement measures.
  • Operate within the Preventive Actions Sub-unit of the Market Supervision Superintendency at ANBIMA.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of current regulation applicable to investment funds and structured funds.
  • Experience in due diligence.
  • Experience in the fiduciary administration and third-party asset management industry.
  • Background in areas such as Compliance, Internal Controls, Fund Auditing or Due Diligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • Sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Analytical profile for process evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive profile, with initiative to build and continuously improve processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, fostering synergy and communication across different areas.
  • Excellent professional conduct and ability to engage with institutions and market participants.
