About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose, adapt, and promote agile practices aligned with the organization's processes and context;
- Support teams and leaders in the practical adoption of agile methods, participating in ceremonies and day-to-day work routines;
- Work on integrating agile practices with formal project management processes;
- Identify organizational impediments and take an active role in removing them, fostering collaboration across areas;
- Define, implement, and monitor flow metrics and agility indicators to support data-driven decision making;
- Support coordinators and managers in advancing teams' agile maturity;
- Promote structured, continuous training and cultural adoption of agility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Systems Engineering, or a related field;
- Undergraduate degrees with a strong mathematical background will also be considered, provided they are complemented by postgraduate studies or technical courses in Information Technology;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management and/or Agile Methods;
- Strong experience (minimum of 8 years) with agile practices;
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or in a similar role within an organizational context;
- Strong knowledge of:
- Kanban (flow management);
- Scrum (with a critical and adaptive approach);
- Flow metrics (lead time, throughput, WIP, aging);
- Experience implementing agile practices in complex environments and across multiple teams;
- Ability to integrate agile practices into formal governance processes (e.g., PDS, compliance);
- Experience identifying and removing organizational (cross-functional) impediments;
- Facilitation skills for workshops, ceremonies, and continuous improvement sessions;
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, even without formal authority;
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services, capital markets, regulatory bodies, etc.);
- Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban Management Professional – KMP, Certified Scrum Professional – CSP, or equivalents);
- Experience with agile transformation at scale (multiple areas and systems);
- Knowledge of flow management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps);
- Experience defining and building management indicators (executive dashboards);
- Experience with change management and organizational cultural adoption.
