About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project structuring: Lead end-to-end complex analyses, from data collection through to presentation.
Advanced analyses: Develop exploratory and diagnostic analyses, including root-cause investigations and hypothesis validation.
Opportunity identification: Propose new metrics and market/competitive analyses.
Insight generation: Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from data to support business decisions.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor less-experienced team members.
Analytical evolution: Support the evolution of the analytics area by building more advanced and predictive analyses as the team's maturity grows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Applied data science experience preferred (modeling, predictive or advanced analytics).
Experience with predictive or generative AI is a valued plus.
Experience in dynamic environments with demand prioritization and incremental deliveries.
Familiarity with the financial market and product development is desirable.
