About the role

  • Drafting and legal review of notices, reports and other instruments as provided for in ANBIMA's Procedural Code.
  • Issuing legal opinions related to Market Supervision.
  • Providing internal legal and regulatory advice to Market Supervision, especially in the context of ANBIMA's self-regulatory codes.
  • Advising rapporteurs on proceedings initiated against institutions participating in ANBIMA's self-regulatory codes.
  • Analyzing and studying regulation and self-regulation relevant to the financial and capital markets.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Solid experience in capital markets areas, including law firms, banks, brokerages, asset managers and/or fiduciary administrators.
  • Legal, technical and regulatory knowledge of CVM and/or ANBIMA rules, especially regarding investment funds.
  • English sufficient for reading international documents and conducting research.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel (intermediate level).
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for drafting formal texts and legal opinions.
  • Ability to work in a team and interact daily with different areas across ANBIMA.
  • Proactive mindset for problem-solving and improving deliverables.

  • Work location: Our office is in the Pinheiros neighborhood near the train station. We operate on a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
