About the role

  • Implement initiatives aimed at developing the capital markets, structuring public offerings of fixed income, securitizations and equities, including regulatory, operational, self-regulatory and other related actions.
  • Coordinate meetings with broad participation from capital markets professionals, seeking consensus.
  • Prepare proposals with technical arguments focused on capital markets.
  • Develop research, studies and regulatory submissions, supporting market discussions.
  • Manage the planning of the team’s subject matters and tasks.
  • Coordinate the work carried out in the area, organizing priorities and supporting the team in deliveries.
  • Participate in technical meetings and deliver presentations in Portuguese and English.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in capital markets, including structuring and distribution of public securities offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics or Law); postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Fluent English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player who fosters a collaborative, co-creative environment.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Analytical ability and drafting skills to prepare submissions discussed with the market.
  • Ease in communicating with stakeholders for engagement and discussion with market participants and regulators.
  • Flexibility to understand different viewpoints and adapt quickly to change when necessary.
  • Solution-oriented profile, focused on problem solving and continuous improvement of tasks and personal development.
  • Proactive attitude and dynamism to handle multiple topics simultaneously, aiming to improve the market and its participants.
