About the role

  • Creative approach to developing new and enhancing existing AI solutions
  • Successfully lead and grow projects and client engagements in complex situations
  • Maintain intensive communication with our clients, e.g., about ideas, results, blockers, and dependencies
  • Take technical responsibility in the area of AI / Data Science, from data preparation and analysis through feature extraction to modeling, evaluation, and optimization
  • Lead or contribute to software development to implement robust AI solutions and integrate them into clients' IT processes
  • Work closely with other data scientists and software developers to turn AI models into usable software solutions
  • Actively help shape processes and technologies in a growing, dynamic team

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM field or a comparable discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience as a project lead in Data Science / AI, from requirements gathering to operationalization and, if applicable, beyond
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, generative AI, and mathematical optimization
  • Excellent skills in the Python programming language
  • High degree of independent, solution-oriented working, strong team spirit, and high motivation and commitment
  • Very good German and English language skills
