About the role
- Lead and advise the Human Resources team, serving as a strategic reference for the function;
- Lead projects and initiatives focused on talent development, engagement, and retention;
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of activities related to recruitment, selection, compensation, training, and development;
- Act as a business partner, aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic objectives;
- Implement policies and processes that promote a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
- Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Human Resources Management;
- Advanced English, fluent in both written and spoken communication;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior Human Resources roles;
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
