About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, plan, and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and optimize content formats such as Reels, posts, Stories, and carousels.
- Analyze social media trends and implement new tools, with a focus on AI-based software.
- Manage community interactions and engage with followers to strengthen brand presence.
- Produce editorial calendars and reporting for performance analysis.
- Coordinate projects and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about social media trends.
- Some experience with social media marketing and content creation (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, and AI-powered applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Midjourney).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
