About the role
- Development, planning and implementation of social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Creation and optimization of content formats such as Reels, posts, Stories and carousels.
- Analysis of social media trends and implementation of new tools, particularly AI-based software.
- Community management and interaction with followers to strengthen brand presence.
- Creation of editorial calendars and reports for performance analysis.
- Project coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- You are creative, digitally savvy and passionate about social media trends.
- Initial experience with social media marketing and content creation (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma and AI-driven applications (e.g., ChatGPT or Midjourney).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Structured working style, initiative and a strong team spirit.
- Interest in strategic branding and brand development.
