About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day GTM engine for Amuse — you're the single person accountable for a consistent drumbeat of output going live across our channels
- Turn our library of 10,000+ stories, real places, and AI-generated Atlas content into social posts, email/SMS campaigns, first-touch copy, and ASO copy
- Run the content calendar and publishing cadence end-to-end: scripting, production, shipping
- Execute against a strategy and channel priorities the founder sets — you're not expected to invent the GTM playbook, but you'll own making it real and finding what works within the channels we choose
- Own local-journalist and city-creator outreach around launch moments (city launches, releases)
- Watch what actually lands — which stories, formats, and channels drive real engagement — and feed it back so we tighten fast
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in content, growth execution, or marketing ops at a startup or fast-moving team, with at least one channel you owned end-to-end
- Shipped work across at least two channels (social, email, blog, video)
- Track record of taking a loose direction and running with it
- Strong writing instincts: you find the specific, surprising detail in raw material and make it land in a caption, subject line, or script
- Organized enough to own a calendar and cadence solo, with no one checking your work before it ships
- Bonus: experience with local press or community/creator outreach around a launch moment
