Processing construction documents through the regulatory agencies in the District of Columbia
Construction administration duties as assigned
Preparing construction documents, design of site and infrastructure improvements including grading, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, site layout including roadway improvements, preparation of calculations and reports, and site inspections and construction administration duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience in the planning and civil engineering design of mixed use, residential, commercial, institutional, and public site development projects.
Primary experience in the District of Columbia and/or Suburban Maryland and NOVA preferred
PE preferred
Ability to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates
Ability to assist with the preparation of engineering studies and reports
Technical proficiency in using AutoCAD including Civil 3D and/or Microstation
