About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
- Enter invoices, receipts, and payments into the accounting system (QuickBooks or similar)
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reports
- Support the accounting and operations teams with data entry and filing
- Assist with expense tracking and vendor communication
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
- Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics and google suites is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Preferred: Bilingual in Hebrew
