About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize physical and digital documents; perform registrations, scanning and filing.
  • Support calendar management, room reservations, mail handling and telephone reception.
  • Populate spreadsheets and internal systems with operational and management support data.
  • Track deadlines, renewals and signatures, recording them in spreadsheets or systems.
  • Support the sending and return of legal documents and monitor signature workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Attention to detail with a focus on standardization and consistency.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Time management, planning and organization.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Desired knowledge of tools:
  • Word - advanced/expert (automatic table of contents, tables and charts, hyperlinks, track changes, etc.).
  • Excel - intermediate/good proficiency (formulas such as IF, AND, VLOOKUP, CONCAT, filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.).
  • PowerPoint - intermediate/good proficiency (master slide, header and footer, animation, image editing, GIFs and videos, etc.).
  • Desirable experience: Google Forms; Microsoft Teams + Planner.
