About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review integration documents
Create detailed programming/commissioning plans
Prepare show files and configure equipment at the warehouse
Generate daily site reports with photos and progress notes
Verify end-user workflows and desired functionality align with show file and equipment configurations
Upload, verify, and revise pre-configurations for all networked equipment
Execute full system QA, troubleshooting issues
Approve rack work and overall integration prior to project hand-off
Maintain accurate redlines and configuration files in the project archive
Deliver owner training sessions covering creative workflows, operation, and maintenance
Provide weekend or after-hours support as scheduled during critical milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3+ years of hands-on AV system design and programming experience
Proficiency with test and configuration equipment
Working knowledge of Dante, AVB, PoE networking, and structured cabling best practices
Ability to interpret construction drawings, one-line schematics, and rack elevations
Excellent written/verbal communication; disciplined documentation habits
Meticulous attention to detail
