About the role
- Ensure product compliance with applicable national, European and international regulations and directives related to reducing environmental risks.
- Monitor regulatory and standards developments to identify legislative and normative changes and adapt our products and processes accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with laws and requirements relating to conflict minerals, and support corporate reporting teams to guarantee ongoing and accurate compliance.
- Respond to customer inquiries about product status in accordance with current regulations, and support relevant departments in providing reliable, up-to-date information.
- Actively contribute to the development of new products and processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Participate in working groups within consortiums and the Amphenol group, sharing expertise, staying informed of best practices, and contributing to joint initiatives.
- Ensure the transfer of regulatory knowledge within internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) in Quality, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Good understanding of product chemical compositions and their compliance with standards.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technology environment.
- Project management, organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments.
- Very good level of English (spoken and written), essential for international communication.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, notably to India, and to attend international seminars.
