About the role

  • Contribute to the qualification of Amphenol SOCAPEX products in accordance with the requirements of qualification bodies: testing, documentation, acceptance, and product certification.
  • Maintain product qualifications by ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards.
  • In case of product changes, notify the qualification bodies and manage supporting documentation as required.
  • Implement internal actions to ensure compliance with certifications: work with the systems team to ensure necessary procedures are followed.
  • Monitor audits and action plans: manage action plans related to product qualification and compliance. Ensure corrective actions are implemented when non-conformities are identified.
  • Report to the various certification bodies in accordance with the requirements of the standards and qualified products.
  • Assist the current team in monitoring value-added distributors located in Europe, Asia, Oceania, etc.
  • Contribute to system and product qualification of value-added distributors.
  • Conduct regular audits at distributors to verify their compliance with Amphenol SOCAPEX requirements.
  • Track corrective actions and action plans at distributors to improve manufacturing and assembly processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in QLIO (Quality, Logistics, Industrial and Organization) or a related field.
  • Initial experience in quality management or auditing.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, particularly through fieldwork.
  • Structured and organized mindset, with the ability to manage projects and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Autonomy, with a strong motivation to travel.
