About the role
- Coordinate order processing: receive, verify and record customer orders.
- Monitor orders proactively and rigorously: plan, anticipate and coordinate necessary actions.
- Build strong customer relationships: understand their challenges and establish trust.
- Support the handling of sensitive customer situations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service and existing processes.
Requirements
- Degree at Bac+2/3 level in business, commerce or industrial logistics (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years' significant experience in a demanding environment (Order Management/Administrative Sales (ADV), Supply Chain, industrial customer service, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable managing multiple files and multiple stakeholders.
- Rigorous and pragmatic.
- Service- and customer-oriented, with good listening skills and empathy.
