About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide speech-language therapy services for students in an Early Childhood school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, feeding (as appropriate), and early communication skills
  • Partner with teachers and families to promote carryover of skills across environments
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite
  • Full-time availability for the 2026–2027 school year
