About the role

  • You coordinate, together with the Product Engineer and the Engineering Manager, the creation and continuous development of the product roadmap
  • You are responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the development backlog and ensure that the team is always working on the most important tasks
  • As a central communication interface, you bring together the perspectives of Operations, Development, Design, and other stakeholders
  • Together with the Product Engineer, you write clear and actionable user stories—with a focus on Project Engineering
  • You independently conduct the necessary research for new features and immerse yourself in energy-technical, regulatory, and financing questions in the real estate context
  • You ensure that our product works reliably—through testing, validating new features, and systematically tracking bug fixes

Requirements

  • You are committed to continuous personal development and take responsibility for your areas of work
  • You possess very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
  • You have already gained initial experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable software development environment
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in building and energy technologies or the real estate industry—or a clear willingness to acquire this knowledge
  • You bring strong analytical skills, a high level of motivation, and initiative
  • You communicate clearly and coherently and can mediate between different perspectives
