About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed sales targets;
- Develop and manage a strong client base;
- Provide consultative, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Prospect for new clients;
- Conduct post-sales follow-up;
- Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio for specific regions;
- Coordinate maintenance and implement strategic actions within your territories;
- Develop and execute strategies with clients through action plans;
- Lead in-person and online meetings to support clients and strengthen relationships;
- Travel to serve customers in the cities and regions under your responsibility;
- Prepare reports and interpret data.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in progress or completed, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or related fields;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Experience with CRM platforms;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the foodservice/restaurant sector;
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills;
- Active management of sales targets;
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel;
- Own vehicle;
- Knowledge of the foodservice sector is a plus.
