About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Develop and manage a strong client base;
  • Provide consultative, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Prospect for new clients;
  • Conduct post-sales follow-up;
  • Manage and maintain the assigned client portfolio for specific regions;
  • Coordinate maintenance and implement strategic actions within your territories;
  • Develop and execute strategies with clients through action plans;
  • Lead in-person and online meetings to support clients and strengthen relationships;
  • Travel to serve customers in the cities and regions under your responsibility;
  • Prepare reports and interpret data.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in progress or completed, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or related fields;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with CRM platforms;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the foodservice/restaurant sector;
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills;
  • Active management of sales targets;
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel;
  • Own vehicle;
  • Knowledge of the foodservice sector is a plus.
