About the role
- Support the Public Communications and Engagement Unit in designing compelling graphics, animations, and visual content
- Generate high-quality graphics, animations, photography, and multimedia assets for campaigns, social media, reports, and promotional materials
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and deliver innovative visual content and advocacy materials that amplify human rights initiatives
- Support timely documentation of human rights stories and events through photography and multimedia content
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in Animation, Graphic Design, Creative Arts, or a related field
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic skills in animation software (After Effects or equivalent)
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Passion for human rights and social justice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
