About the role
- Develop and maintain the back-end aspects of True Voice Virtual Agent platform including creating conversation flow and back-end integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, QA, and product owners to deliver scalable and efficient backend services
- Contribute to the design and development of backend APIs and microservices
- Assist in optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes
- Stay updated on best practices in backend development and emerging technologies
- Work with Project Managers, Data Scientists and Tech leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Management Information System or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in software development using JavaScript, preferably Node.JS
- Good understanding in MongoDB or NoSQL technologies
- Experience in Nginx or other web server technologies
- Good understanding in software development methodology and code quality
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (bonus)
- Docker (bonus)
- Good written and spoken communication in Thai and English
