About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work as part of an Aminad project team, collaborating to solve clients’ strategic problems.
  • Work in teams of 2–4 consultants and leadership, contributing to all aspects of consulting engagements.
  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
  • Develop knowledge of client issues, needs, and context.
  • Serve clients while helping build Aminad’s internal knowledge and capabilities.

  • Strong academic achievement.
  • Track record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
  • Limited potential travel.
