About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
Collect accurate session data and document progress
Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
Build positive, professional relationships with families and clients
Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality care

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (strong advantage)
Reliable transportation (must be able to commute to client homes)
Strong interest in working with children with developmental needs
Patient, professional, and dependable attitude
Willingness to complete RBT certification (support provided)
