About the role

  • Full responsibility for accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, and finance systems across all companies and locations
  • Develop and maintain consistent management reporting for the Executive Board and shareholders
  • Manage and standardize all finance processes, including the chart of accounts at group level
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns in cooperation with external advisors
  • Integrate new locations into existing finance and group structures
  • Analyze and manage operating results of all locations and derive appropriate measures
  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasts, profitability analyses and multi-year planning
  • Establish and develop a group-wide cost-control and KPI system
  • Identify savings potential and implement sustainable cost-optimization measures
  • Operational responsibility for centralized purchasing and optimization of procurement and supplier structures
  • Close collaboration with operational units and specialist departments to ensure company objectives are met

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable qualification with solid expertise in accounting, controlling, cash management and relevant legal matters
  • Many years of professional experience in senior finance roles, including successful leadership and development of teams
  • Several years of experience in the hospitality industry or a comparable multi-site environment
  • Confident manner and strong ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with a high affinity for innovation and process optimization
  • Clearly hands-on mentality with high initiative as well as strong execution and results orientation
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, along with excellent presentation and communication abilities
