About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
Develop and design training materials in alignment with adult learning principles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content.
Apply quality assurance standards across curriculum for consistency and learning effectiveness.
Evaluate program effectiveness on a continuing basis.
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Facilitate training courses (on-demand, classroom, or live virtual formats).
Create job aids, participant guides, coaching tools, etc.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Complete other work across all L&D functions, such as Learning Management System (LMS) administration, class coordination, data analyses, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum four (4) years of Learning and Development, Education, or Organizational Development experience.
Data analytics and experience with assessment instruments.
Knowledge of six sigma or continuous improvement/quality assurance discipline.
Experience with technology tools for online learning.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Application of adult learning principles, and instructional design theories, practice and methods.
Problem-solving abilities and able to perform complex analyses and make sound decisions.
Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions utilizing the ADDIE model.
Highly proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
