About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Develop and design training materials in alignment with adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content.
  • Apply quality assurance standards across curriculum for consistency and learning effectiveness.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness on a continuing basis.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Facilitate training courses (on-demand, classroom, or live virtual formats).
  • Create job aids, participant guides, coaching tools, etc.
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
  • Complete other work across all L&D functions, such as Learning Management System (LMS) administration, class coordination, data analyses, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum four (4) years of Learning and Development, Education, or Organizational Development experience.
  • Data analytics and experience with assessment instruments.
  • Knowledge of six sigma or continuous improvement/quality assurance discipline.
  • Experience with technology tools for online learning.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Application of adult learning principles, and instructional design theories, practice and methods.
  • Problem-solving abilities and able to perform complex analyses and make sound decisions.
  • Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions utilizing the ADDIE model.
  • Highly proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
