About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and Service Account Managers, receiving hands-on mentorship.
- Learn every aspect of project development from customer site visits and estimating to equipment selection, proposal development, and construction planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and service personnel.
- Perform engineering and estimating in an office environment.
- Conduct customer facility visits and equipment inspections.
- Participate in jobsite walkthroughs.
- Travel regionally throughout the southeastern United States.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Industrial refrigeration service
- Mechanical contracting

- Industrial maintenance
- Process piping
- Equipment installation
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Industrial refrigeration experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read or willingness to learn P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and equipment submittals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, estimating software, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.
