About the role
- Achieve or exceed profit margin targets based on budget expectations
- Manage and execute special service-related projects from initiation through completion
- Collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Serve as a liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation
- Organize internal and external resources and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business
- Identify larger Capital Project Leads and hand off to Engineering Sales Team
- Regular attendance at teams meetings
- Assist in development of growth initiatives
- Share intel about customers/competitors/trends
Requirements
- Project management and execution experience
- Budget tracking and resource allocation skills
- Ability to collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments
- Risk identification and contingency planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Business development and relationship-building experience in industrial refrigeration
- Ability to provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Regular attendance at team meetings
