About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in coordinating and managing client service projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking timelines
  • Coordinate schedules and deliverables for internal and external client meetings and tasks
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather information, and respond to inquiries
  • Support development and distribution of project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
  • Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and client records
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and deliverables on time
  • Assist in developing and refining client service processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document formatting, filing, and version control
  • Monitor project progress and gather client feedback to inform improvements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and execution of client service strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
  • Experience in a client services or customer-facing environment preferred
  • Experience communicating with clients or stakeholders in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Customer service mindset and proactive approach to client needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • Employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is unavailable
