About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information, including conducting literature reviews and policy scans.
Prepare and assist with primary data collection activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys; organize research materials; and contribute to content development.
Participate in the collection, review, and organization of research and evaluation data.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and contribute to the interpretation and reporting of findings.
Prepare documents, report sections, briefs, charts, and graphs that describe and interpret research findings.
Support proposal writing and business development activities.
Support project management activities, including developing project timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking project progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in the social sciences or related fields.
Experience conducting qualitative data collection.
Experience using qualitative data analysis software programs (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, Dedoose).
Experience working in other countries.
Proficiency in language(s) other than English.
