About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist project teams in compiling and synthesizing information, including conducting literature reviews and policy scans.
- Prepare and assist with primary data collection activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys; organize research materials; and contribute to content development.
- Participate in the collection, review, and organization of research and evaluation data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and contribute to the interpretation and reporting of findings.
- Prepare documents, report sections, briefs, charts, and graphs that describe and interpret research findings.
- Support proposal writing and business development activities.
- Support project management activities, including developing project timelines, coordinating meetings, and tracking project progress.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in the social sciences or related fields.
- Experience conducting qualitative data collection.
- Experience using qualitative data analysis software programs (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA, Dedoose).
- Experience working in other countries.
- Proficiency in language(s) other than English.
