About the role
- Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals.
- Code studies for research synthesis projects.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings.
- Support communication with school and district leaders.
- Develop spreadsheets and databases to support project activities.
- Provide new business and proposal development support by engaging in tasks like researching funding opportunities and writing proposal sections.
- Assist staff in the review, identification, and development of scholarly information describing research findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related fields.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Experience with database programs such as Airtable is preferred.
- Experience with software programs such as NVivo, R, or Stata to analyze data is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in a virtual work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
