💰 $24 - $32 per hour

About the role

  • Conduct literature reviews to support projects and proposals.
  • Code studies for research synthesis projects.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings.
  • Support communication with school and district leaders.
  • Develop spreadsheets and databases to support project activities.
  • Provide new business and proposal development support by engaging in tasks like researching funding opportunities and writing proposal sections.
  • Assist staff in the review, identification, and development of scholarly information describing research findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related fields.
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with database programs such as Airtable is preferred.
  • Experience with software programs such as NVivo, R, or Stata to analyze data is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data collection and report writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills in a virtual work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
