About the role
- Serve as the Controller’s primary representative for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lead design and configuration of core financial modules
- Define mapping logic for project codes and accounting dimensions
- Oversee data conversion strategy
- Collaborate with functional leads and system integrators
- Develop future-state process maps and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Design and execute test scripts; lead testing phases
- Deliver training sessions and support change management
- Perform quality checks on deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of progressive accounting experience
- Participation in ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Deltek Costpoint
- Proven experience in federal contracting or regulated environments
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
- Strong project management skills
- AI tool experience preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
