About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take inbound calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans
- Guide clients through enrollment via CRM and telephonic platforms
- Achieve personal sales goals with uncapped commission potential
- Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (required)
- 2026 AHIP preferred
- Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal communication and computer navigation skills
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently from home
- Tech-savvy and organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.)
