About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process and enter donations received by the organization
Enter constituent data into organization’s CRM databases
Assist with database projects, including data management, cleansing, and migration
Collaborate with the finance department, field staff, and other departments to ensure entry is accurate and handle other CRM and data-related requests from those teams
Field phone and email questions from constituents
Support the development team with other data entry administrative duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Associates degree
Technology/Equipment : Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience and/or Training: At least one year of related work experience in data entry/administration preferred.
Experience working with a CRM a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and customer experience skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Uphold and exhibit the agency’s Core Values.
Ability to work a full-time schedule and have regular attendance at the workplace.
Ability to travel as needed to attend work meetings or events
