About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell worksite insurance products and services within a defined sales territory and existing customer base
  • Grow and maintain existing business-to-business accounts through one-on-one sales
  • Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
  • Develop customized, needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations
  • Pursue new account development opportunities

What you’ll need
  • Ability to sell worksite insurance products and services in a defined sales territory
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business-to-business customer relationships
