About the role
- Executing our Personal Insurance Review (PIR) process for all existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Entering client information into various databases and customizing message delivery.
- Submitting auto, home, and commercial insurance policies to bind coverage as needed.
- Work with Manager to help create, systematize, and implement new marketing programs.
- Monitor and update our key performance tracking systems in either Excel or Google Sheets.
- Creates and implements social media content to grow client loyalty and brand awareness.
- Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships.
- Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain the Property & Casualty insurance license (if haven’t already).
- Ability to work full time from approx. 9:00-5:30 mostly in one of our offices.
- Prior office experience is preferable.
